- fixed german ger_column arrival so they don't telefrag each other.
- fixed so that initial clip is smaller thus allowing for ger_column tank column to arrive nicely and as the task2 appears the clip expands to original larger 01 clip, this also prevents player from blocking tanks and rest being stuck in fog.
Last stand at the Ruhr (ger west 06)
- Fixed bug where all passengers of pershing tanks and half tracks from "surrender_cutscene" units were not switched to enemy and fight player once player chosen to "fight".
- Fixed logic issues with fight/surrender choice or not making a choice at all.
