Greetings, Seeker… It’s me again — Nox. If you smelled burnt magic or heard the whisper of shifting code — you’re not wrong. Some things were broken… now, less so. Some things were missing… now, present. And some things — still secret (for now).
A few of you couldn't hatch your dragons due to regional hiccups — but worry not, the egg-lights shine again. I’ve seen it with my own two eyes.
And since I was already out and about, I stopped by the workshops, the UI vaults, and the circle of updates... Here’s what changed — seen and unseen.
☽ Bug Fixes:
✦ Fixed an issue that prevented character creation in some regions.
✦ Fixed a bug where deleting one character could accidentally remove others.
✦ Fixed early gliding access — no soaring before you earn your wings!
✦ Updates & Changes:
✦ Complete overhaul of character animation and movement feel.
✦ New camera angle, now with zoom in/out ability.
✦ Quest system reworked, transitioning toward a new full narrative structure.
✦ Updated gliding attempt animation — more personality!
✦ Character creation interface enhanced, and still evolving.
✦ World optimization — smoother than a polished scale.
☽ Added:
✦ Additional hotbar for quick skill/item use.
✦ Emotes added — check “Special” in your inventory.
✦ New abilities added (hidden until your dragon earns the level to awaken them).
✦ Gliding and Fall Protection:
~ Did you know that young dragons are capable of more than just face-planting into the ground?
Now, when leaping from great heights — hold \[Ctrl], and your wings will unfurl into a graceful glide.
This is called gliding, and it will keep your paws safe from fall damage.
Without it, though… high falls can definitely hurt.
And believe me — tail-first landings are not as fun as they sound.
