So, you still didn't look outside? Well done, here are all the new things that will hopefully keep you entertained inside!
Ernest
Ernest has a home now! If you reach floor 1 and don't have many friends with you, you can temporarily recruit him in his apartment on floor 1.
Flooded basement
Increased the threat level of most enemies in the flooded basement.
Combined many encounters of the flooded basement together.
Go on, take a stroll, you might see new faces and friends!
New door encounters
Some new people who visit your door. And some old people who might look a tad... different.
Crafting system
All recipes that you crafted now will be remembered and listed IF you have the needed ingredients!
Added new crafting recipes.
Added many new items related to crafting, and one new powerful healing item.
Now you can craft more powerful healing items like Elixirs, Stimulants etc...
Achievement images have been updated!
Other Additions
Some new interactions with Tickle.
Juicebox shows up one day later if you recruit Xaria and Monty.
Videogames list now shows games you have not played yet, and games you have completed.
Changes to the Black Ooze item. Using it now boosts your danger while exploring. Can use this to save your game or get an EXP boost. Still has a chance to kill whoever drinks it, and deals damage to them.
Some additions to Eugene.
Some additions to Rafta.
Vending Machines got some additions and tweaks.
New animation for Aurelius on the roof.
New background art for Hellride

Writing changes
Moved some events around between dinner, shower and mirror thoughts.
Tweaked the writing on some of the thoughts.
Many additions to the Spine encounter.
Added dialogue to Stretchface encounter.
Added dialogue to Confusion encounter.
Balance changes
Increased Typewrither and his drafts' HP.
Made meals and sandwiches recover some % of total life and stamina in addition to the flat amount.
Made cooked food a bit more useful in the late game - you now get better at cooking the more you do it.
Sophie now finds some marbles every day if you have less than 15.
Tweaked the stat boosts of many accessories.
Tweaked the health of the landlord apartments' enemies.
Bug fixes
Fixed an issue with Godhead Fred, if you kill the others, there was a crash at the end of his interaction with you.
Fixed issue where the teddy bear sometimes, rarely failed.
Fixed the Car Keys pickup message.
Fixed the headphones icon on the table.
Fixed some collisions in the basement boiler room.
Removed unused option to trade with NPCs for now.
Removed door knob from inventory after you use it on the door.
Fixed some stairs issues.
Fixed issues with the crimson ring and tickle.
Fixed issue with Danger meter raising too fast.
Fixed some issues with teeth hygiene
Fixed some issues with your plant.
