Dear Adventurers,
The online server has been restarted and reopened now. At the same time, support for larger interface is also added.
o better prevent future incidents, we’ve implemented the highest level of server protection currently available to us. We've also improved the save system—your game progress will now be backed up more frequently and reliably. We sincerely apologize. It was our lack of technical preparation that led to these issues, and we deeply regret the frustration this has caused.
Despite our repeated efforts, we’ve confirmed that due to the unexpected nature of the recent attack, the progress loss for some players is irreversible. We are truly sorry.
We understand that no amount of compensation can fully make up for the losses players have suffered, but we still want to do everything we can to show our appreciation and offer support.
Here is what we provide as immediate compensation:
Access to the Grade A Mercenary previously available only in the demo version.(*Those who have already claimed them cannot claim them again)
Supporter Pack claim records will be reset, allowing players who purchased it to claim the contents again.(*Offline players who have purchased the supporter package can still only claim it once per save file.)
1 million gold, to help ease the early-game grind.,
1,000 Mercenary Vouchers.,
500 Reputation Points with all factions—this should help you unlock key Rune recipes early on and make your journey smoother.,
These rewards will be available for both online and offline saves. Available for all players enter the game before June 20th 15:30
We also want to be honest—this experience has shaken us. While we’re doing everything within our means, we cannot yet completely eliminate the risk of high-level malicious attacks. Still, we believe the online mode deserves another chance, and we hope for your continued understanding and support. We're already in touch with several server experts who have kindly offered to help us strengthen our infrastructure even further.
For players who prioritize stability and save security, we still recommend the offline mode for now. It remains a strong companion on your desktop, capable of offering hundreds of hours of high-quality gameplay.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience we’ve caused.
Most of our team members have only worked on offline indie games before and completely underestimated the challenges of online multiplayer-mode. Our programmers are exhausted and overwhelmed—but we’re not giving up. Thank you for sticking with us.
If you have any questions or suggestions, we welcome you to join our Discord Channel, where someone from our team will be ready to help.
