Scenario #11 - Trade Gate Rho

While the empire has access to advanced technology some pieces are better than others. Unfortunately some of them are highly impractical for most purposes. While ship drives and jump lanes allow faster than light travel there are still limits to how far and how fast one can travel using them. The known peak of such technology is the trade gate. Unfortunately they are massive, power hungry, and costly to build. While they allow nearly instantaneous transportation they are rare.

A new trade gate is however being constructed. Profits can of course be made delivering materials to the site. Despite this companies have largely ignored the area of the new trade gate as the area is sparely populated and barely developed. Prove to the naysayers that money can be made and set your company up for future endeavors.

Bug Fixes and Rebalancing

Regions were supposed to be able to have extra costs for building within them. This didn't work properly which also threw off the balance of some scenarios. This has been fixed. Related to this is further rebalancing of The Wheel.
