A small patch to clean up a few bugs, make the visuals more consistent, and make some minor balance adjustments.

Balance tweaks

• Reduced HP of Ghoul (16 -> 15)

• Altered decks for tournament players (New decks added: Light Control, Blazing Dragon Maidens, Warrior Bloodlust. Ultimate Phoenix deck for Loveless made weaker)
  

Other fixes

• Fixed 'Best Pet Survey' crash bug (occured when None-type monster won the survey, gave out bugged None type tickets)

• Fixed visual errors (incorrect card display for Office Cup prize card, red gameboard with purple background)

• Fixed play/discard requirements for Child Prince, Angel of Taboo, and Fallen Angel

• Minor dialogue tweaks

• Fixed issue where middle mouse button disabled menu UI
