I am excited to be able to finally share version 1.02 of Going Your Own Way Episode One. I have been working on this off and on over the last several weeks while continuing work on episode two as detailed in the weekly updates on the Heavenshire Stories Patreon. Episode two is in production, and I am hoping it will be completed before the end of this year.

Some fun extras were added to enhance the overall experience – a gallery of sorts and a codex-style collection of people your character has come in contact with. Both additions complement the overall style of Going Your Own Way.

Also in this update were some tidbits behind the scenes that will provide a more personalized recounting of events when episode two begins.

That is the good news. The bad news is that for the best possible experience, you will want to re-start your game. I apologize for that, and understand any frustration that may cause. You are able to skip through the story again if you choose, which will speed up the replay experience, using Ren'Py's built in skip feature. If you are a completionist like I am, you will want to re-start anyway in order to unlock the goodies in the gallery and the people.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and hope the new additions make it worthwhile in episode one and beyond.
