The inventions of new have inspired the people to begin examining their own tools of trade, making improvements upon them to better serve their purposes and need. Upon this era innovation has struck the realm, with new devices, concepts, and methods arising in all reaches. Many weapons of old have now been improved upon and spread throughout, with new weapons and combat strategy following quickly behind. Updates to the Royal Armory follow:

Offhand Weapons

Offhand Weapon: Stiletto

  • The Stiletto has a low chance to Parry while held.

    • X% chance to negate melee damage.

      • Parry grants increased armor piercing.

  • Guaranteed Perk “Life Ender”: The wielder deals extra damage when the enemy is below 50% health.

Offhand Weapon: Javelin

  • The Javelin is a ranged weapon thrown at the beginning of the battle.

    • New ranged stats have been added to accommodate this and future items.

      • Projectiles: 2

        • After throwing both Javelins, the unit will switch to their main attack weapon.

      • The Range of the Javelin increases via epoch quality, from 12 units at Epoch 1, to 16 units at Epoch 5.

  • Guaranteed Perk “Punishing Hit”: Enemies hit by the javelin have 20% less armor and movement speed for 8s.

Item Preview Screen

  • We have added a preview screen which allows players to click on each Item (Military and Economy Equipment) to view them.

  • Available Screens:

    • Shop (Items and Drafts).

      • Storage (Drafts).

      • Epoch (Items, with level and rarity)

Changes

  • Improved Repositioning in the formation screen for a smoother experience.

    • Dragging over the edges of the virtual yard on the battlefield will always use the closest valid position.

  • We have corrected “Practical Armor”, It is now unlocked.

  • The Splash Screen upon opening the game has been returned to the standard version.

  • We updated the Raid Preview screen to clarify that displayed rewards are potential rewards players may receive.

  • We have changed the hand indicator from a background circle to "L" for off-hand, and "R" for main hand. "LR" is shown for two-handed weapons.

Balancing

  • We have Rebalanced Several Weapons.

  • Aslaug Aura: Aslaug’s Aura now grants 15% Evasion and Critical Strike Chance, instead of 10%.

  • Military Research: Balanced Diet: We have decreased the health bonus of Balanced Diet from 4/8/12/16/20% to 3/6/9/12/15% at their respective epochs.

    • We have added +1 Troop Count for each of the following Weapons:

      • Arming Sword.

      • Battle Spear.

      • Club. (Bonk)

      • Falchion.

      • Horseman's Pick.

      • Mace.

      • Messer.

      • Morning Star.

      • Pernach.

      • Pike.

      • Saber.

      • Seax.

      • Shepherds Axe. (You know it)

      • Ulfberht Sword.

      • War Axe.

      • War Hammer.

    • Bludgeon: We have increased the attack speed of the Bludgeon from 24 to 26 attacks per a minute.

    • Doloire: We have decreased the attack speed of the Doloire from 41 to 39 attacks per minute.

    • Executioner Sword: Several changes have been made to this item.

      • We have increased this items attack speed from 23 to 25 attacks per a minute.

      • We have increased this items weight from 11 to 12.

      • We have increased this items Critical Strike chance form 0% to 12%.

      • We have increased this items range from 1.2 to 1.4.

    • Falchion: We have decreased the Falchion’s attack speed from 36 to 35 attacks per minute.

    • Lucerne Hammer: We have increased the Lucerne Hammer’s attack speed from 24 to 25 attacks per minute.

    • Shepherds Axe: We have decreased the Shepherd Axe’s attack speed from 39 to 37 attacks per minute.

    • War Axe: We have decreased the War Axe’s attack speed from 40 to 38 attacks per minute.

Bug Fixing

  • We have fixed an issue causing unit health bars to remain the same when the unit received healing. This was visual only.

  • Units couldn’t be repositioned to the top and right borders during before the battle.

  • We have fixed an issue causing the latency panel to show after logout and login even if the account has no permission.

  • We have fixed an issue causing Military research to add +100% to army power if at least one node is researched.

  • Saladin’s Sandstorm wasn’t affecting enemies. We have also fixed the description to account for Ability Effect Duration, instead of only the ability duration.

  • Fixed Alfred, Barbarossa and Joan increase ability duration skill

  • We have fixed an issue where some weapons were affected by banner colors.

  • We have fixed an issue allowing the Firecracker to deal too much burn damage.

  • We have fixed an issue causing El Cid to trigger his ability even if there were no enemies in range.

  • We have fixed an issue with the "First Purchase Bonus" banner for Ruby and Pearl displays not updating after being purchased.

  • We have fixed an issue preventing players from entering the shop after exiting storage.

  • We have fixed an issue that caused infinite loading after an ad was interrupted.
