For most players, this will just work and you shouldn't notice anything different.
After you update, whichever device you first launch the game on will be the one that is synced to the cloud. This could lead to an issue where you have most progress on device A but you open it first on device B. Fortunately there's a fairly straightforward fix:
On the device with your preferred save data:
- Navigate to the folder located at "{USER}/AppData/LocalLow/SchuBoxGames/OmeletYouCook"
- Copy the most recent save file with lots of numbers followed by "_save.json"
- Open the folder named after those same numbers (generated after the first time you open the game)
- Delete the save file with the same name
- Paste the old save file to replace it
