Hello!

This patch we're bringing some much needed performance improvements and minor fixes:

Balance

• Med Bay Bot now full heals Seafrog by default. Lil Buddy Chip has been reworked to account of this

• Overhauled Sea Dragon F-1 room

Misc

• Lots of Optimizations: improved performance across the board, lower end machines should fair a bit better in terms of fps

• Some small bug fixes for projectiles and enemies.

• Improved visual clarity to with the mod chip screen bonus system.
