We're thrilled to announce this massive update, packed with many of the most requested features and improvements from the community. Even more exciting—this marks the beginning of a new development approach: major content updates (features, improvements, and new mechanics) will now be released periodically as we work toward the full release out of Early Access.

🆕 New Features & Content
New Icon System:
Unit icons now use the player's chosen color.
Icons dynamically change based on unit specialization.
Units display icons representing the weapons they are currently carrying.
Health bars are now visible for units garrisoned in buildings, vehicles, or ships.
Improved Unit Control System:
Units are grouped by infantry type.
Units are also grouped based on equipped weapons.
Special units are now organized distinctly from regular troops.
Enhanced selection interface for easier group-based unit control.
Victory & Defeat System:
Added unique Victory/Defeat screens for each civilization.
Special sound effects now play at the end of each match, customized for victories and defeats.
Statistics System:
Introduced a star rating system for high scores across all player stats.
Statistics now display correctly at all resolutions.
Added support for complex character fonts (e.g., Russian, Chinese).
🏛️ Civilizations
Spartans:
The Arena now passively generates elite Athenian units over time: Swords of Pericles. These units have unique abilities.
New Arena techs added to enhance the Swords of Pericles.
Macedonians:
The Arena now produces Citizen-Soldiers, militia units that evolve into heavy infantry when fully leveled.
New Arena upgrades added for Citizen-Soldiers.
Indians:
All Indian building models have received new textures, now more closely aligned with the civilization’s design(Thanks to chifeiyen for his work).
📜 Campaign Updates
Persian Campaign:
Secondary objectives and star bonuses added to Missions 4 and 6.
Mission 7 now includes a timer for its secondary objective.
Macedonian Campaign:
Secondary objectives and star bonuses added to Missions 4, 5, and 6.
⚔️ Conquest/Domination Mode
Map Reworks:
(2) Honest Duel – Enhanced environment, improved textures, and better gameplay feel.
(4) Green Valley – Complete visual overhaul, improved player spawn points, fixed terrain height issues, and better pathing.
(4) Bloody Hills – Improved textures and environmental elements.
(4) BloodBath – Enhanced terrain textures and visual polish.
✨ Gameplay Enhancements
Hotkey icons added to all command panel buttons for quicker access.
New campaign objective window: now shows primary goals directly in-game.
A red alert now appears in the Hint Window if you're lacking resources or population to perform actions.
Performance Boost: FPS optimization for high unit count scenarios (10–20% improvement depending on hardware).
Significantly improved unit pathfinding—units no longer get stuck.
Refined wind system behavior for more consistent effects.
First upgrade to ship pathfinding and collision: ships now rarely get stuck or lost.
Overhauled ship boarding mechanics—boarding combat now functions reliably.
Updated minimap textures for all civilizations.
🐞 Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements
Campaign Fixes
Persian Campaign:
Fixed a bug in Mission 3 where Spartans failed to build their base.
Corrected star bonus display error in Mission 3.
Fixed Mission 7 allowing secondary objectives after the time limit.
Macedonian Campaign:
Fixed an issue in Mission 2 where freeing the miners didn't properly trigger mission completion.
Multiplayer Fixes:
Critical Fix: Resolved desync issue after ~30+ minutes of gameplay.
Rare Desync Fix: Fixed a hard-to-detect desync caused by the wind system.
Resolved several critical crashes due to data corruption.
Fixed instances of temporary FPS drops during certain conditions.
Addressed scenarios causing extreme lag spikes.
Fixed desync when using Macedonians in Conquest/Domination mode.
Fixed desync caused by Persian Healer’s healing tent.
Fixed various desyncs involving naval boarding actions.
Gameplay Fixes:
Fixed bug where some units would become immobile and unusable.
Fixed rare bug where large armies could freeze and stop responding.
Fixed issue with units getting stuck under bridges during combat.
Fixed bug preventing units from boarding enemy ships properly.
Fixed crash during naval boarding with certain units.
Fixed bug preventing units from scaling enemy walls via Siege Towers when terrain height varied.
Fixed exploit allowing the Persian healing shop ability to be stacked repeatedly.
