Ekaterina Update!

We’ve added filters to the deckbuilder that let you sort cards by whether you own them or not.
Also, newly added cards now appear at the top of the list instead of the bottom.
Localization of abilities has been fixed.

A sex scene with Ekaterina has been added after rescuing her, along with the option to play cards with her to win a hefty sum of gold.
