Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Additions:
-Quick Match
When joining the PVP queue you can now choose either Quick Match if you don't care what expansions you play with, or you can select the expansions you'd like to play with.

Bug fixes:
-First game in each Pit Fight session only uses Base Set. (Fix only applies to new Pit Fights.)
-Skill and Ability icons aren't shown when upgrading a hero
-Various card bug fixes. (See our Discord server for the complete list.)
