We’ve just dropped our first official update for A Story About Farting, and it’s full of sweet, sweet quality-of-life improvements — and by sweet, we mean violently disgusting.

🚽 What’s new?

💨 Faster, smoother clicking – no more fart-blocking animations (except when unlocking achievements).

💨 Full mute option – you can now mute all game sounds in the settings.

💨 Resolution settings – customize your game resolution.

💨 Rooster bug fixed – At 3,000 clicks, your poultry pal should now scream music properly.

💨 Autoclickers welcome – we removed the EULA rule about autoclickers. Cheating? Nah. Empowered farting. Do what you want, we love it.

💨 New gross sounds – we've added a few freshly recorded burps and farts to spice up the atmosphere. You're welcome.

💭 What’s next?

We're just getting warmed up (gas builds slowly):

🎮 Mini-Game Incoming – In 1–2 weeks, you’ll unlock a special fart-powered mini-game once you get Fatty to unleash a super fart.

🗺️ New map + mechanics – A whole new environment is coming, complete with bizarre new features.

🏆 Steam features coming soon – We’re closing in on unlocking global Steam achievements, trading cards, and more. Get ready to flex those fart stats.
