- new game modes selectable when creating the world!

Technical Changes:
- nerfed default fishing rod
- added an image to the glowing status effect
- "grilled catfish" is renamed to "grilled fish"
- catfish now crafts 2 grilled catfish instead of 1
- fishing loottable rebalanced
- fish creatures now drop trout when killed
Bug Fixes:
- number scanner description no longer spills out of the box
