The next major content update for Spirit Valley is here! This time we’re headed north to the Arctic Isles. Let’s take a look at what we’ve been cooking!
New zone: Arctic Isles
The next chapter of Spirit Valley plays out in the frozen north in an area called the Arctic Isles. In this area we have a whole bunch of new Spirits to catch and characters to meet. There’s also new equipment and new side quests. You’ll also finally come face to face with the main antagonist!

New Spirits
This new update brings 13 new Spirits to add to your collection. Many of these new spirits have been designed based on the requests we’ve heard from our community. They also each come with a rare variation. There’s also a legendary Spirit to catch but that will be no easy feat! You’ll have to complete a quest chain to catch this elusive Spirit.

Other new features
Many of our players have been hoping for an item which would make it easier to level up your Spirits. We’ve heard your wishes and there’s now new XP Booster items in the game. XP Boosters can be found from chests around the world and can be purchased from merchants in Dusty Vale and Paradise Island.
Another feature which has been often requested is more options for faster combat speeds. There’s now a new “Very Fast” option for combat speed, which doubles the speed of the combat animations making the game much faster. We’ve also adjusted the timing and speed of all combat animations on all combat speed levels.
Balancing and tweaks
- Accuracy debuffs no longer affect purely defensive skills.
- Purely defensive Skills is a skill that doesn't target the opposing Spirit or team in any way (deal damage or apply debuffs/status effects).
- Skills that have both defensive and offensive attributes are affected by accuracy debuffs.
- Updates to Merchants
- Infinite stock of potions and other consumables.
- Added Infinity Charm (disable evolution) and Evolution Charm (enabled evolution) items to all Merchants.
- New XP Booster item added to Merchants in Dusty Vale and Paradise Island
- Re-rolling Trait with Trait-o-matic 5000 is now guaranteed to randomize a different Trait than Spirit's current Trait.
Bug fixes
- Fixed wrong debuff in skill Twerk from decrease defence to decrease accuracy.
- Fixed Lacteena's duplicate skill.
- Fixed bug where it was possible to use Skill without sufficient stamina when stamina cost increase status effect was applied.
- Fixed Serpentax speed base stat from 105 to 125.
- Translation fixes.
- Fixed Trait-o-matic 5000 input issue where hitting cancel right after selecting "go again" sometimes softlocked the UI.
That’s all for now! We’re already hard at work on creating more content for the game. Our next big step is to bring the game’s main story to a conclusion. Hopefully we will be able to achieve that sometime later this year.
And last but not least, a big thanks to everyone playing our game! We’ll see you in the next update.
