Bug Fixes
* Fixed an issue where all zombies remained inactive after loading a saved game.
* Fixed an issue where the flashlight could not be toggled on or off after executing a melee finisher.
* Fixed an issue where the player could spawn in an incorrect location at the start of the **Abandoned Hangar** scene.
* Fixed an issue where zombies would repeatedly respawn behind the first automatic door in Chapter 2 after loading a saved game.
