Some more fixes, balancing, and quality of life!

If you were having issues with the scaling in full screen mode - this update should fix it!

• The ability to purchase circuit modifiers from the merchant
  
• More particle performance boosts
  
• Made it more obvious that you can upgrade components at the mechanic
