The Steam version of the game has been updated to Version 1.76.1 with the fix for the Story Dungeon softlocking issue.
Please close the game, download the client update, and restart to access the version without the softlocking issue.

As for mobile users, the update is still going under marketplace review;
we would like to recommend using the Steam version of the game
until Version 1.76.1 update is deployed.
