Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Bugfix
- Airedale Swamp Gate now recognizes
- Refactored code to fix double-login bug? (maybe, it's hard to test)
- Fixed "cant reach" bug on all coffins + chests
- Removed duplicated "Bonemeal 1" item
- The market-collect message now shows on login again
- The has-membership message now shows on login again
