This will be the final update before our first content release! Keep an eye out for the forklift patch coming by the end of this week, which we're extremely excited for! We wanted to get this done for this release, but it's requiring a little bit more polish before we're in a position where we're happy to release it, but trust us it'll be worth the wait.
This update, along with the additions, brings a large list of bug fixes, which we hope has caught up with everything reported so far. As always, please feel free to share with us in our Discord any issues you come into.

Additions
Burger Store
- Added the burger store!- Each in-game day the burger store will have 4 items available.
- You can buy 1 item per day from this selection that provides a passive effect for that day.
- Effects range from buffs (like stock speed increase) to counter-sabotage benefits.
- Play each in-game day to discover all available items!
Casino
- Added an ATM to deposit personal money into your business funds.- Future plans include expanding this with a dedicated bank for loans and more.
Sabotage
- Players can now kick each other.- Kicking has a 50% chance to make the other player drop their currently held item.
- Ragdoll effects are coming in a future update!
Players
- Updated animation controller for better flexibility (important for upcoming forklift support).- Synced tablet usage: you can now see other players viewing their tablet.
Smaller Additions
- Store NPCs now wave when you enter. It’s small, but we think it adds charm.Bug Fixes

- Fixed overly dark lighting and harsh shadows introduced in previous updates.Time
- Fixed an issue where time would auto-start when changing days.- We may revisit this in the future for design reasons.
Networking
- Fixed tutorials not starting for new players joining in-progress games.- Fixed customers not visiting stores on first day for late joiners.
- Fixed clothing and personal money not syncing for new players joining mid-game.
- Fixed players joining mid-game not having store aisles set up.
- Fixed missing bills for players joining mid-session.
- Fixed a bug allowing more than 4 players to join a game.
- Fixed checkout counter sync issues that caused problems when saving/loading or joining sessions.
- This should solve most spawning issues—but please continue to report anything you see!
Weather
- Removed the 'meteor shower' weather type (with falling stars).- It didn’t meet visual standards and may be reworked later.
