A minor new patch is available now (v1.2.1), bringing in a couple of new settings options and bug fixes:

IMPROVEMENTS

Settings

• Added an option for changing the direction of Sword attacks when using a Controller
  
• Added an option for toggling on/off various Impact Hitstops that happen during combat

FIXES

Enemies

• Fixed the GHAST III soft-locking the game when being Executed in rare instances

Audio

• Adjusted Pickups and various other sounds to be better balanced for gameplay
