Thank you for supporting Heromantic!

This week is Heromantic’s 1-year anniversary, and to celebrate, I’m pleased to announce the latest update… Heromantic now has Steam Achievements!

New Features:
Steam Achievements: There are now four (4) Achievements that can be unlocked!

1. Star Player: Attained all the endings in Luminary’s route!
2. Newshound: Attained all the endings in Beverly Boulevard’s route!
3. Completionist: Attained all the endings in both routes!
4. Bonus: Unlocked the special bonus scene!

*For past players that already completed the game before this update, you will not have to replay the whole game to earn every Achievement! If you’ve already experienced all the endings in either or both routes, once this update is downloaded, all you will need to do is open the game, and up to three (3) of the four (4) Achievements (Star Player, Newshound, and/or Completionist) should automatically be earned. For the final achievement, relive the experience and enjoy the completed romance of a beloved hero!

Changes:
Minor updates to some sprite and background assets, splash screen, and desktop icon.


Troubleshooting:
If an error occurs upon startup after downloading the patch update, please verify the integrity of the game files by right-clicking Heromantic's name under your Steam Library game list and going to "Properties." Then, go to "Installed Files" in the popup window and click "Verify integrity of game files." Steam will re-verify the downloaded files of the game, and once completed, the game should open normally again!


If you’re a returning player and open the game to find that you didn’t earn some or any of the achievements, you may still have an ending or two that has yet to be achieved! For help on getting any or all of the endings, please refer to my game walkthrough guide!
