This is a small patch mostly attempting to fix some achievement issues reported by players.

• Added more redundancy checks for milk bottle collection achievements.
  
• Fixed a logic error on "Fully Equipped" achievement and added another redundancy check to it.
  
• Restored glove mouse cursor that was missing in the last build.
  

When testing this build, I had to recompile it because I had the same loading problem where clicking buttons wouldn't load between scenes. However, I realized that this might have been recent since I was preparing some stuff for Milking Sophie DLC that may have gotten mixed up. Disabling the WIP of new DLC corrected the issue during testing, but let me know if that problem is happening to anyone in this version and I'll see what I can do.
