For the past few weeks, we've been working on lots of new content. Many have asked for a roadmap, but the truth is we don't know when what is coming. All we know is that a lot of good stuff is coming — from the notorious apartment update to a complete metalworks rework. But like all good things, these take time.
Thankfully, we know the citizens of ANEURISM IV value their time. That's why we're rewarding their patience with 8 new cosmetics, and some much needed bug fixes and improvements.
Lastly, we've almost hit 10 000 members on our Discord server. Thank you to everyone for all your support. We can't wait to celebrate the big 10k!

New Content
- 6 new cosmetics for Zealot & Liquidator.
Improvements
- Added some additional clipping to prevent exploiting the map.
- Improved server browser reliability & added logs for helping those with issues.
- Disallowed jumping if the player cannot stand up.
- Adjusted player collision capsule size when crouching.
- Improved death logic to prevent losing points in the afterlife.
Gameplay Changes & Balance
- Added an inventory cooldown for picking up items to stop thiefs (applies currently to ration factory, distillery, and inventory). This is only part 1 of our efforts to stop stealing. Part 2 will include the metalworks rework. Shoutout to Chroma Prime once again.
- Buffed Vomit Coffin.
- Adjusted loot drop rate.
- Increased Liquidator anamnecyte cost from 4 to 6.
Bug Fixes
- Psychostatica now correctly prevents sanity loss when witnessing deaths.
- Possibly solved some issues with cosmetics being incorrectly applied to models.
- Possibly fixed loading crate locking bug.
- Fixed sprinting animations when holding weapons.
- Fixed diagonal strafing animation.
