Improvements

• Rectangle selecting units and holding Shift will now add them to selection
  
• Holding shift and clicking unit mini-portrait will now remove them from selection
  

Fixes

• Campaign: Fixed legendary items dropping in campaign missions where they shouldn't
  
• Campaign: Fixed rare case where camera animation can get stuck
  
• Fixed framerate is too high in game startup splash screen
  
• Fixed unit upgrade tooltip does not hide in some cases
