Fixed some bugs regarding the difficulty of challenges and puzzles.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the Hidden Challenge from being cleared.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the 3-star clear of a stage from being achieved.
- Changed the clear conditions for City 4.
