Update notes via Steam Community
First off all, welcome to all the new players and thank you so much for trying out Heroes of Valor. We are eternally greatful to have been granted this chance to entertain you all with the game. We hope you will have many fun moments playing the game! :D

We have just released an update for the game which includes a couple of things.

The biggest thing is a pretty significant rework of the Coastal Conflict map. During the last few days the game has somewhat gone viral and we have received a lot of feedback. One of the things we heard a lot was that the Battlefield Heroes inspired maps are copied too closely. Although the goal with Heroes of Valor is to bring back the gameplay and vibe of Battlefield Heroes we also want Heroes of Valor to have enough of it's own identity. Therefor we are in the process of giving all battlefield Heroes inspired maps an overhaul so that they are still clearly inspired by and still have a very similar vibe but also introduces enough unique elements and changes. The first map that has received an overhaul is Coastal Conflict.

Now be aware, that this is the first iteration of the overhaul and isn't by any means final yet. The fact that the game is still in a playtest phase is the ideal moment to test the overhauled maps. So we ask you kindly to try out the new Coastal Conflict and provide us with your feedback on the changes either through the game's Steam forums or through the official Discord
