experimental Scene/Cosmos.tiesteps_lpow_x option multiplies both link integration frames per frame (Cosmos.tiesteps) and all material links strength on scene (Material.*.lpow,ldamp,sangle) but requires more GPU computation per frame (lower FPS and higher GPU calculations)
may be usefull for bridges, dambs etc.
note: ice, earth and other "soft" materials also becomes x times stronger
so, this option for scaling physics from "micro" to "macro" scale
