This patch adds elite variants of many enemies to the game. Elites are bigger, tankier, faster, deadlier, and in some cases smarter than their basic versions, and have a much higher chance to drop rewards. Additionally, when an elite enemy would drop a normal component, it instead drops something stronger.

You can identify elites by a red tinge outline, a red trail, and also the fact that they are probably chasing you more aggressively.



This patch reworks Pierce, which is now Chain. Chain has significantly more projectile redirect after hitting an enemy, and also now works for Pulse.

Finally, a few enemies later in the game have had their health pools reduced slightly, and the Consumer boss has had its speed and collision damage reduced slightly as well.
