Bug fixes for the Dog Food update
-Fixed a bug that prevented the corner store walk-in freezer upgrade from working
-Fixed a bug that caused crackhead revenge to pop up at the wrong time, which later in the playthrough would cause battle mode to soft-lock causing the player to get stuck at the end
-Fixed a bug that prevented you from being able to hit the serve button even if you had heroin in your inventory
