We’ve added new features such as “Familiars,” the appearance of the “Timekeeper,” new items, and also rebalanced existing items. These changes aim to ease the difficulty of early gameplay and make the game rules easier to understand.
Even players who have already cleared the game should find something new to enjoy, so we encourage you to give it another go!

1. “Familiars”

Cat – Ability: Energy Drain

Golem – Ability: Physical Defense / Turns into “Metal” when destroyed

Fairy – Ability: Magic Defense / Turns into “Mana” when destroyed
Familiars gain experience each time they appear in the slot and can be leveled up using Fragments.
Familiars become available after the “Timekeeper” event occurs.
You can bring only one Familiar with you at a time.

Metal – Transforms into adjacent weaponMana – Transforms into opposite-element magic when attacked
3. Appearance of the “Timekeeper”

A mysterious monster known as the “Timekeeper” will appear during your adventure, offering advice or prompting choices.
Timekeeper Appearance Condition:
No monsters have escaped during your run.
Note: Familiars and the Timekeeper become central features in the second loop. You don’t need to max out Familiar levels in the first loop. The second loop will also introduce new characters beyond the Timekeeper.

To improve usability, offensive items now affect a wide area, and defensive items have been tuned to act more precisely.Spear Mastery – Transforms adjacent melee weapons into spears during spear chains
Bow Mastery – Transforms adjacent weapons into bows during bow chains
Wind Ring – Transforms adjacent magic into boots during boot chains
Warding Ring – Transforms adjacent Fruits of Wisdom into robes during robe chains
Fortified Ring – Transforms adjacent herbs into armor during armor chains
