Patch 1.7.1

- Various localization fixes
- Fixed an issue where fire/ice enemy variants were not taking increased damage from their respective elemental weaknesses
- Addressed an issue that was causing certain groups of EGS accounts to have problems linking to Arcadegeddon

We are still investigating the EGS account linking issues and currently attempting several different fixes in order to alleviate this issue. Thank you for your patience.
