A TAVERN FOR TEA 2.03 update - optimise captions & fix recipe text error

A TAVERN FOR TEA has been updated to 2.03 to optimise the captions (should remove some weird issues with changing languages and captions displaying strangely as well as an edge case which caused the game to hang on a black screen) as well as update an error in the recipe list text.
Some depots below may not display changed files because our bot does not own the specific depot or game.
