PolyZ 0.1.7.000 Update:
New Vehicles, Combat Overhaul, Performance Boosts & More! This update brings a lot of new content to PolyZ, including a modular vehicle system, improved combat mechanics, better performance, and many bug fixes. A revamped flashlight system, new items, and more server locations are also included. Read on for all the details!

- Modular Vehicle system with multiple vehicle parts
- Driveable Ambulance Vehicle Added
- New Table Saw build part for base building
- Graphics overhaul, now using DX11 renderer
- Added Official Brazil #1 server
- Added German and Spanish and Portuguese(Brazil) language support
- Car Battery, Car Wheel, and Car Spark Plug items added
Combat & Gameplay:
- Zombie Health adjusted for easier kills
- Zombie heads now have a chance to explode when hit with a firearm or melee weapon
- Added higher quality zombie animations
- Gunplay overhaul and additional improvements
- Increased recoil for Assault Rifle and Shotgun
- Player movement now has more air control
- Flashlight animations reworked and flashlight can now be aimed
- Improved AI ranged combat aiming (headshots and other body parts targeted)
- Zombie now hit at all times and cannot be caught inside a react animation loop
Performance & Bug Fixes:
- Massive performance improvements across the board
- Fixed FPS drop when turning on a campfire or furnace
- Fixed fatal crash when first spawning in the city
- Fixed an issue with GPU rendering everything as a white bright light
- Fixed a fatal crash on DX11 graphics cards
- Fixed server player limit bug (previously capped at 16 players)
- Fixed issue where stone ore nodes wouldn’t despawn
- Fixed stone resource from not disappearing after being depleted
- Fixed sync issues with character hair and skin meshes not syncing properly in multiplayer
- Fixed issues with multiplayer sync for player hair and faction selection
- Fixed issues with aiming firearms not behaving as intended
- Fixed issues with interactable ore nodes not disappearing in certain cases
- Fixed duplication glitch with picking up items
- Fixed issue where a 0 UI would show when an item spawns in singleplayer
- Fixed invisible models at the shopping mall

Quality of Life Improvements:
- Inventory and interactions are now faster and more intuitive
- Inventory items are more visible to players in lower screen resolutions
- Font size increase in Inventory for better readability
- Inventory icons now have a pop-up animation when hovered over
- Changes to item visibility in item proximity scanning
- Added colour and toggle options for interaction item highlight for more gameplay customization
- Adjusted the brightness of highlighted items to prevent blinding
- Reduced crafting times and costs for Furnace, Wardrobe, Storage Box, Mortar, and Key Card Lock
- Reworked player vaulting for smoother gameplay
- Player inventory redesign and improved durability progress bar
Base Building & Crafting:
- Base building is now easier with the addition of the Table Saw to cut logs into planks instantly
- Changed Storage Box from metal to a wooden version
- Reduced crafting costs for key items such as Furnace, Wardrobe, Storage Box, Mortar, and Key Card Lock
- Reduced crafting time for key items like Furnace, Wardrobe, Storage Box, Mortar, and Key Card Lock
- Reduced Crafting Cost for Cloth and Rope
Fixes & Improvements:
- Fixed storm/rain volume and lowered the chance of storms/rain in weather patterns
- Fixed issues with inventory item showing damage stats on non-weapon items
- Fixed issues with aiming firearms acting not as intended
- Added ragdoll physics to AI dead bodies (Singleplayer complete, Multiplayer in progress)
- Improved AI ranged combat aim patterns (targeting different body parts)
- Improved item highlight and interaction visibility in low resolutions
- Fixed a crash when loading into specific scenarios
