Added: Gave Elemental suit a unique passive.
Buff: Elemental suit starting cooldown changed from -50% to -20%.
Nerf: Elemental suit all starting elements dropped from 5 to 3.
Change: Modding API updated, you can now enable mods independently with the ini file in the game folder.
Change: The chosen upgrades on the right side HUD will raise and lower if you have so many that it would be normally obscured by the HUD and go offscreen.
Buff: 'Leech Education' has been renamed to 'Universal Education', and now works on Eggcats, Turrets and Daggerfish.
Buff: Flamethrower cooldown, 7.5 > 5.
Buff: Midas Hand damage buff, VERSION * XP_MOD > ((2 * VERSION) + 10) * XP_MOD.
Buff: Funky Carrot cleansehit reduced, 20 > 10.
Buff: Funky Carrot lifetime increased, 10 + VERSION > 20 + VERSION.
Buff: Corrupt Tentacle can attach to more random things.
Buff: Psycho Helmet stranger explosion knockback increased, 1 > 3
Buff: Psycho Helmet stranger explosion damage increased, 50 + VERSION > 75 + VERSION.
Buff: Psycho Helmet stranger movement speed increased, 0.5 > 1.
Change: Psycho Helmet stranger movement scales 50% off projectile speed and 50% off movement speed.
Buff: Psycho Helmet blood cleansehit reduced, 30 > 20.
Buff: Psycho Helmet blood damage increased, 20 > 30.
Buff: Blessed Monkey XP mod increased, 0.05 > 0.1.
Buff: Blastin' Sticks will explode and bounce a second time.
Buff: Reaper Scythe damage increased, VERSION * 2 > (25 + (VERSION * 2)).
Buff: Bee damage increased, VERSION > (5 + (VERSION * 2)).
Nerf: Overheal on the glass suit ticks down 10x faster.
Fix: Beating a run with 0 skills equipped would make the collection display a ??? instead of showing the stat.
Fix: Angel Wings, Demon Horns and Plasma Orb all relied on 'nearest x enemy' code which meant that if there was (for example) 15 enemies and you had 30 of the upgrade, 15 would be applied appropriately and then the other 15 would ALL go on the very last instanced enemy. This has been changed to a 'wrap' that wraps back to the very first enemy and spreads them all out evenly, so now they'd ALL be hit by 2 evenly.
Fix: For some reason the very first dialog that Infected Izu is meant to say when you first find them wasn't ever being said! This whole time. Oopsies. It's been reenabled now, but this is the interaction if anyone was curious:


Also, for these next changes, I ran a poll asking if people would prefer if C4 and Shrapnel were more limited but hit harder so they could use it without it inevitably bringing down framerate. People seemed to like the idea, so these are the changes:

Buff: C4 damage increased, 10 + (VERSION) > 40 + (VERSION)
Nerf: C4 explosions count limited to 2 * Version. (So Version 10 can have 20 explosions).
Buff: Shrapnel damage increased, (2 * VERSION) > 25 + (2 * VERSION)
Nerf: Shrapnel count limited to 3 * Version. (So Version 10 can have 30 shards).
