[NEW]
NEW Feature: Mission Passives System
• Mission Passives can add density, increase EXP, loot, and reputation, boost Player Stats, reduce Enemy Stats and more!
• Use Reputation Points to randomly roll passives.
• 15 Total Mission Passive Slots (5 unlocked by default, remaining 10 locked behind Achievements)
• 3 loadout pages to allow for different strategies!
• Mission Passives are shared across characters/ships in the same difficulty/mode (Easy mode and Standard mode are shared, while Hard mode is separated)


NEW Feature: Achievement System
• Added Achievements to the game!
• Added Steam Achievements for the game!
• Easy mode and Standard mode Achievements are shared, while Hard mode Achievements are separated.


[MISSIONS]
• Removed the Explorer, Champion, Elite, and Conquest shop buttons from the Mission Menu's shop.


[COMBAT]
• Dash skill has been added and is enabled by default (No skill tree investment needed).
- Dash skill can be used when pressing the Spacebar key.
- Dash skill has a 2 second cooldown.

• Basic Attack skill has been added and is enabled by default.
NOTE: Basic Attack already existed and was auto used with Auto Basic Attack, but now it is a skill you can add to the Skill Bar if needed)
- Basic Attack hotkey is the V key. (Was V key and Spacebar key, but Spacebar key now applies to Dash skill)
- Basic Attack can now be selected from the Skill List when assigning skills to the Skill Bar. (Allows Basic Attack to be used by a number key rather than its Hotkey)

• Misc
- The Mission Modifier "Player Skill Cooldown" is now a negative modifier (Makes player skill cooldowns a longer wait time)
- Rolling Flat Health and %Health on Armor Plating equipment item has been increased.
- Power Core equipment item can now roll % Physical Damage, and % Elemental Damage (The elemental damage is disabled though since those skills are not added yet)


[SKILL REWORK]
• Multi Shot damage reduced from 40% to 30%
• Multi Shot projectile count reduced from 7 to 5.
• Multi Shot tooltip updated to clarify it doesn't shotgun.
• Multi Shot's Repeat node +3 second Cooldown (from +2 second Cooldown).
• Multi Shot's Repeat node now has +25% Physical Damage per breakpoint.
NOTE: Multi Shot was a bit too strong, slight nerf added, but also now has an option to invest into big damage for longer cooldown.


• Power Shot damage increased from 150% to 200%.
• Power Shot gains +12% Physical Damage per point (up from 10%).
• Power Shot energy cost increased from 25 to 35.
• Power Shot's Impact Nova node now +10% Area of Effect (up from 8%).
• Power Shot's Knockback node removed.
• NEW Power Shot node: "Efficiency". +10% faster Cooldown per point. -1 Energy Cost per point.
NOTE: Power Shot overall buff with higher base energy cost.


• Drill Shot damage reduced from 70% to 60%.
• Drill Shot hit count reduced from 5 to 4.
• Drill Shot cooldown reduced from 3 seconds to 2 seconds.
NOTE: Drill Shot damage nerf, but more spammable.


• Seeker Shot base damage now 30% (down from 40%).
• Seeker Shot base Proc Chance now 30% (up from 10%).
• Seeker Shot base Bounce count now 4 (up from 2).
• Seeker Shot gains +1% Physical Damage per point (down from 2%).
• Seeker Shot's Activation Chance node now grants +3% Proc Chance per point (up from 2%).
NOTE: Seeker Shot damage nerf, but more spammable via proccing

• Rail Gun base Ammo count now 14 (up from 6).


[MISC]
• Some icon art has been updated.
• Notification Messages for things like Looting items, Achievements.
• Settings Menu has a button "Item Delete Key" which can be enabled to quick delete items.
• Hotkeys enabled for quick menu navigation:
[S] key for Skill menu
[M] key for Mission menu
[E] key for Equipment/Item menu
[F] key for Ship Select menu
