Greetings Commanders,
The first update for Battlefall: State of Conflict is here! These changes address many of your most prominent comments about, and requests for, the game.
Visibility:
- Increased ambient lighting across all Campaign and Skirmish maps

- Explosions now animate faster and are more transparent

- Slightly increased transparency of snow and rain

It's a bright sun-shiny day in the wasteland. Bring your shades if you go topside!
Gameplay:
- Units attacking flying units will now correctly move towards the target instead of the clicked location

- Decreased the default game speed from 80% to 70% - this affects the Campaign and Skirmish maps that do not have the extra Game Speed modifier applied

- Increased the default production speed of all units/structures by 20% - this affects the Campaign
and Skirmish maps that do not have the Production Speed modifier applied

The production Speed benefit from multiple production structures should be much more noticeable on both factions in this patch.
Resolution & UI Options:
- Fullscreen/Windowed Mode can now be toggled

- Added option to enable or disable locking the mouse cursor to the application view

- Added resolution settings: ( "1024 x 576" , "1152 x 648" , "1280 x 720" , "1366 x 768" , "1600 x 900" , "1920 x 1080" )

Players using Windowed mode can now have a distinct Battlefall window up to 1920x1080 in resolution. For now, Fullscreen mode will continue to use the familiar automatic Aspect Ratio Scaler in resolutions greater than 1080. Support for more options will arrive in future updates.
Audio:
- Added a 1s timeout to Unit Voices ( Select/Move/Attack ) to prevent audio spam

- Reduced the volume of the Hind's Select/Move/Attack VO's

- Added an audio cue when a player joins your lobby

EFNET Mission 02 / Salvage Rights:
- Prevented units being able to accidentally destroy cargo

EFNET Mission 03 / Shattered Communications:
- The AI will not initiate an attack or produce any forces for the first 2 minutes of the map

EFNET Mission 09 / Into the Hive:
- Lowered the difficulty by removing periodic waves of Scrapper birds

- AI's will no longer spam Scrapper Armour tanks

The Campaign should still feel challenging but not as frustrating.
Misc:
- Changed video format of Main Menu background. Should fix Linux users and others experiencing low FPS only in Main Menu

- Halved the speed of edge scrolling on slow/fast modes
