Fixes for the new version:

Fixes for monitors beyond 60Hz, there should be no more input lag and the game should run at 60FPS instead of 65FPS
Edge case with full screen<>windows transition has been fixed
Added Zoom option to allow increase the game size when running on Pixel Perfect mode

Hopefully there will be no more issues present on the game!
