- new always authenticate flag for network authentication layer to allow invalid requests for testing (i.e technically running 2 servers on the same computer is auth invalid so needs to b let thru for testing)
- new console command for this ^^^ authenabled {true/false}
- if sever authentication is disabled, will allow multiple of the same steamId to join the same server, yes this means you can join twice on the same account and your account will be assigned a new SteamId (this is for testing mostly)
- disabling server authentication will also bypass banlist & whitelist checks
- fixed hovering over certain magazines not allowing you to pick them up
- connection localhost will now use kcp udp fallback transport
- disabling auth skips assetwarmup for faster load times

- significnatly increased the rate of client data refreshing, meaning mostly no more waiting ages to beable to see players after teleporting to them (waiting for client data to refresh)
