Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Bug fixes:
- Fix overwriting Slicer output sometime breaking conveyors
- Fix loading a empty End Point crashing the game

QoL:
- Made wrong SFX trigger only one time
- Added the possibility to Try Level from Clipboard
- Added buttons to move between Chapters
- Show level required to move to the next Chapter
