Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Added shields
- Added a new boss
- Added a new crossbow
- Added a new fish
- Item notifications will no longer stack on top of each other
- Fixed a error when doing offline progress with woodcutting
