Hello people!

Custom game settings have arrived along with some other gameplay improvements!

Patch notes

Password protected servers can now be created.

Custom game settings

• Health multiplier
• Damage multiplier
• Gravity multiplier
• Movement speed multiplier
• Headshots only
• Remove default map items

Amount of items spawned can be edited. There is a hard cap of 200 per item which should be more than enough; Default settings have around 20-30 weapons spawning per match in addition to the default melee weapons found in maps which accounts to roughly 60-100 weapons per map. Maps also have roughly 100 alcoholic beverages spawned on average. Note that large amounts of items can affect server performance. Items have a cleanup lifecycle which respawns the item 20 seconds after the item has been interacted with. The list of spawnable items include !!!EVERY ITEM IN THE GAME INCLUDING ZOMBIE SUPER WEAPONS!!! The weapon arsenal is arguably quite a large so some UI updates might be coming in the future to better sort the stuff in the menu.

Custom game settings are saved by pressing the save button. Creating a server which uses the custom settings also saves the settings. (Custom setting presets and save slots might be coming in the future!)

Movement and combat improvements

• You can now shoot and jump at the same time.
• Weapons no longer trigger kick animation after the last shot has been fired
• Separate kick button has been added (default key is V)
• Aerial kicking now happens when pressing kick button while airborne
• Aerial kicking can be canceled by releasing kick key while still airborne
• Aerial kick damage is based on velocity
• Aerial kick no longer forces third person camera
• Improved kicking animations
• You can shoot while kicking (watch for your toes, it is possible to shoot yourself in the foot)
• You can shoot while aerial kicking
• Bots can kick too!

Crosshair has been uhm... Re-centered. Instead of always going left it now travels all around the screen to better simulate inaccuracy caused by unhealthy amounts of alcohol consumption.

That's it for now, stay hydrated!
