Ghost Data

• Reversing a recording will now wrap around to the end when reversing from the start
  
• Minecarts no longer move in Timed to prevent Ghost Data anomalies
  
• Fixed a bug where the Ghost Data download error would not be shown

• If Timed is your favourited gamemode, the Quick Play button will now display "Play [course name]", rather than just saying "Play Timed"
  
• Improved launch pad LODs
  
• Increased the resolution of the "New Highscore" graphic
