Testers have reported that there is a slight pause and stuttering when new elements, like powerups or lazer particles, are first loaded from disk. It's an issue that seems to only affect some users and seems to only happens on the first play which indicates a caching issue. This patch includes a scene preloader script which hopefully fixes the issue. There's also a few very minor quality improvements.
