Fixes

• Added more error checking for corrupt files that may exist and automated file verification if this was discovered (possible fix for booting to black screen issues)
  
• Fixed an issue where PSN trophies might not award on loading save if they were not granted previously
  
• Added more error logging for potential graphics card crashes
