SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Added option to CONFIG to improve bullet visibility
- PAD SETTINGS notations unified with X input notations
- Added support for controller vibration function
- Improved window size settings
