Fixed Lap counter and checkpoints not registering. Fixed the reset kart button to match the tracks rotation and stop falling off.

Updated character select screen to include small info box about the Vtubers with clickable Twitch and Bluesky/Twitter links.

I fixed other bugs and stuff that I cant remember right now. Mostly network replication stuff like visuals not displaying for everyone etc. Also disabled movement/controller input for players during starting countdown. You can move as soon as it hits GO! on screen.
