Bug fix in the Achievements system

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

We were informed by you that there was a bug in the achievements system. This bug caused achievements to reset every time the game was started.
We apologize for not noticing this earlier and appreciate the feedback provided.

Please let us know if any other issues occur.
