Almost two months have passed since the last Frontier update, but the wait is over and a new season has been released. New weapons, new mechanics, a brand new map, and much more has been added to the latest build of Frontier. Here is everything that has been added & updated:



MAP:
- New map: Polara
- New POIs: Hanamura, Shipment Bay, Sakura, Lindenburg, The Manor, Ferncroft, Southern Town
- Returning POIs: Barnhouses (Farm), Kali-Jun (extended), City (extended with Outpost), Industry, Shipyard

SKINS:
- New skins: Mask, James, Doctor, Nurak, Crypto

GAME:
- Added proper Loading Screens
- Implemented surface memory level anti-cheat (SCUE5)

GAMEPLAY:
- Revamped the whole inventory system. You can now carry up to 4 items and use keybinds num 1-4 to switch instead of scroll wheel
- Removed the ability to swim and go prone
- Nerfed fall damage; max possible fall damage is now 40
- Nerfed bots accuracy by 33% for hitscan weapons
- Changed pickup Ultra weapons color from purple to orange
- Fixed directional damage reticle widget not working on client
- Increased Endgame Zone radius by 55%
- Removed Sandbox game mode
- Removed the ability to gain XP while in training mode
- Greatly updated the InGame UI

WEAPONS/ITEMS:

- Added new weapons/items: Guardian DMR, Marksman Rifle, Armor Pistol, SixShot Revolver, Burst AR,
TwinAuto Shotgun
- The following weapons are now projectile-based (they have bullet travel time and drop-off)
- Eagle-Eye Sniper Rifle
- Deadeye DMR
- Guardian DMR
- Ambush AR
- Buffed the Burst SMG's damage by 2 in each rarity and increased the fire rate from 0.185 (burst
interval) to 0.135
- Buffed Eagle-Eye damage by 22% for each rarity
- Buffed Deadeye DMR's damage by 22% for each rarity
- Nerfed Sawed-Off Shotgun's clip size from 4 to 2
- You dont have to be looking at a wall or floor to launch with the Sawed-Off; instead, it launches you
up whenever, even when in air
